Harry has a long and storied career of successful franchising and multi-unit corporate development and management, merging both client and consulting-side perspectives along with critical franchisee experience.
Prior to founding Franchise Science he was the Senior Vice President for one of the world’s largest international franchise consulting firms.
Harry first owned and managed a Radio Shack franchise and then ran multiple offices in the Los Angeles area for a 400 -unit tax resolution company. He has also assisted scores of entrepreneurs throughout North America in obtaining angel funding and capital investment through his due diligence roles relevant to franchise investment preparation
Michelle Thompson
Operations & Training Lead
A Chicago native, she began her professional writing, editing, and consulting career immediately upon graduating from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1998. She started as a writer, editor, and contributor at CCH, Inc., a Wolters Kluwer business and leading provider of customer-focused tax, accounting and audit information, software and services for professionals in accounting firms and corporations. Later, Ms. Thompson would serve as Senior Operations Consultant for one of the world’s largest international franchise consulting firms.

Rachel Kass is an accomplished operations and training specialist with Franchise Science who has established herself as an expert in crafting comprehensive customized operations manuals and training materials. With a unique educational background that includes a BS in civil engineering, a BS in environmental engineering, and an MS in technical communication, Rachel possesses a rare blend of technical acumen and communication prowess. This diverse skill set enables her to seamlessly cater to customers spanning various industries, from restaurants to highly technical sectors. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Rachel consistently delivers tailored solutions for every project.

Will has over 25 years’ experience providing clients financial advisory and business valuation services across a broad range of industries.
He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family and playing tennis.
Bob Steinberger
Legal
Bob’s practice focuses on franchise documentation and UFDD creation, businesses entity formation and I.P. and also in civil and business litigation. He is adept at both creating the best legal structure for your enterprise as well as setting the foundations for franchise owners and buyers.
On the litigation side he’s worked on real estate disputes between buyers and seller, contract disputes between companies or individuals, shareholder disputes and trademark infringement. He has spent the past 17 years representing client’s interests in resolving disputes.
